Each person who wishes to obtain their Hunter Safety Certification must be registered.

This class will be FREE of charge, all students will receive their Hunter Safety Certifications, and leave with FREE gear to use in the woods. The written exam will be administered at the beginning followed by field activities for the remainder of the day.
It is strongly encouraged that you pick up materials at the Kalkaska Sheriff's Office and study prior to arriving at the class. In order to pickup materials you will need to provide a copy of your completed registration from this website. Notification will be posted on our Facebook page when materials are available for pick up. Please frequent our Facebook page for other updates as the class date draws near.
